PROCEEDED TO POUR AIR BRAKE CONDITIONER IN THE HOSE WHILE INJ URED HELD OTHER END. HOSE 69" LONG X 1/2" DIA.(AEROQUIP). END CAUGHT FIRE, EXPLODED AND BURNED INJURED'S EARS, NECK, LEFT HAND & CHEST. FOUND A CIGARETTE (JUST LIT) AT SCENE (INJURED'S BRAND)
