The crew was working on pulling power cables getting the plant set up. When two employees were pulling cable through a hopper extension. One employee was pulling cable with their hand resting on the back of the conveyor. The hopper extension slipped out of workers causing it to fall onto the resting employees fingers lacerating their middle, ring, and pinky finger.

Employee was bending down to pick up loose bricks and put them in a wheelbarrow when he felt a pain in his lower back.
