EE was helping lift high line cat head out of sled when it twisted out of his and another EE's hands, hitting him on the left hand, smashing his middle finger.
He was building a stopping on belt line. While stacking the block, the metal band that held the block together was already broken and folded back behind the block. He reached for a block and the band came back over the block. He swung his arm into the band, making a small cut on left arm.
Injured was carrying two boxes of resin when he felt pain in mid-section.
(Note: information received 8/7/08). Rib rolled off on top of operator's canopy. He flagged the injured employee around and asked him to swing the canopy in so the rock will fall off. When he did this, the rock started breaking and rolled off and onto his left foot.
