Employee was holding on to the drive end of a pump while another employee was turning the pump impeller into the shaft. The employee's fingers got pinched when the impeller seated down on the shaft.

Injured attempted to try and regain control causing what was believed to be a strained shoulder. Injured didn't feel medical attention was necessary at the time. Note: 4-8-15 notification was given that the injured would undergo surgery for a torn labrum.
