Showing all 4Miner was fueling his Dozer from the Lube truck. When reaching for the nozzle at the completion of fueling, miner felt a pain in his chest. Determined that miner had strained a chest muscle.
Employee says he injured himself on 7/21/15 while attempting to lift a gear box. He said he continued to work "thinking nothing of it." He did not notify us until a week later. Doctor diagnosed him with a strain and performed no treatment, but asked that he return in a week. Last doctor's report on 7/29/15 showed he may have a possible strain.
