In the process of moving a length of 4 inch HDPE pipe, the employee lifted the pipe over EE's head and walked forward, employee lowered the pipe to the ground. An hour later the employee felt a pop and pain in the stomach and groin area.

Worker states EE was gathering wear iron on the lower waste dump to stack onto wooden pallets. Worker states as EE attempted to move the fourth piece of wear iron it slipped out of EE's hands. The worker states EE attempted to catch the piece of iron with EE's left knee and felt a slight pinch in EE's lower back and pain in EE's knee.
