EE was replacing a single point lubricator on a plant roller bearing cap. While withdrawing their hand their right index finger contacted the zero speed sensor mount causing a laceration requiring 5 sutures to close.

EE was power washing a drill in the field when they tripped backwards over the wash wand and hit their head on the genset radiator shroud causing a laceration on the head requiring 3 staples to close.

EE was boarding a blade when they felt pain and a burning feeling in their left calf muscle. Two days later the calf began to swell and bruise. On May 9th imaging revealed a ruptured (torn) Achilles tendon that will require surgery to repair.

After using a chop saw to cut six pieces of 6'x 1-½" square tubing, an employee was manually unloading the tubing onto a metal table. While carrying and dropping the tubing over a small MIG welder onto a welding table, the burred edge of the pieces cut into the base of the employee's left thumb.

While retracting a manual pull/push outrigger for a service truck, an employee's finger was pinched between the outrigger housing and the edge of a base mounted vice on the bed of the truck. Employee was wearing hand protection. Contact resulted in a laceration requiring stitches.

EE was removing a haul truck tire lock ring when it shifted causing the EE's thumb to be pinched between the lock ring and a wheel lug stud, causing a laceration. The laceration required stitches to be closed.

Employee was working in the engine compartment of a truck in the shop. Employee dropped an extension. While bending down to pick up the extension EE's hard hat fell off EE's head. Employee grabbed EE's hard hat and took a step forward hitting EE's head on the steering filter housing. Employee received a laceration on the top of EE's head that required 3 staples.
