Showing all 15Employee was working in an awkward position trying to replace a bad hydraulic hose for multiple hours. EE was laying on EE's stomach and reaching into the access door. After work was completed, employee reported a back strain.
The employee was operating a warm water return valve and felt pain in their lower back.
