Employee was guiding the cable rope into the spool. EE's finger was pulled into the spool crushing the end of EE's finger resulting in a broken index finger and stitches.
Employee was working in an awkward position trying to replace a bad hydraulic hose for multiple hours. EE was laying on EE's stomach and reaching into the access door. After work was completed, employee reported a back strain.
