While hanging a strap attached to the dragline powercord to a hook on the shoe to help move the cord, the injured got his finger caught between the strap and the shoe causing a broken finger.

WHILE HOOKING UP AN AUGHER FLIGHT WITH HIS LEFT HAND, THE INJURED GRABBED THE FLIGHT WITH HIS RIGHT HAND CONTACTING A SHARP BURR RESULTING IN A CUT REQUIRING 14 SUTURES TO HIS RING FINGER.
WHILE HELPING REMOVE A PIN ON THE DRAGLINE BUCKET SPREADER BAR A PIECE CHIPPED OFF THE PIN AND STUCK IN HIS LEG, A DOCTOR REMOVED IT AND GAVE HIM A PRESCRIPTION FOR ANTIBIOTIC AND SENT HIM BAC K TO WORK.

WHILE WORKING ON A POWER SHOVEL, A PIECE OF METAL FLEW BEHIND HIS SAFETY GLASSES AND SCRATCHED HIS EYE.
WHILE WIPING SWEAT FROM HIS FOREHEAD WITH A RAG, A PIECE OF METAL SHAVING STUCK IN THE RAG SCRATCHED HIS EYE.
AFTER CLEANING A SUCTION SCREEN, EMPLOYEE FELT PAIN IN HIS BACK. NO SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES CAUSED THIS INJURY.
SERVICING HIS SCRAPER, THE INJURED PULLED SOMETHING IN STOMACH. WAS OPERATED ON FOR A HERNIA 2-10-00.
