EMPLOYEE WAS DRAGGING A 6-FOOT LONG CONVEYOR PAN. THIS EMPLOYEE IS ABOUT 6\4" IN HEIGHT-THE COAL SEAM HEIGHT IS APPROX. 37". THE ERGRONOINICS OF THE SITUATION WERE SUCH THAT THE EMPLOYEE SUFFE D 2 STRAIN OF MUSCLES IN HIS RIGHT HIP, OR AT LEAST, SO ALLEGED BY EMPLOYEE.
