Employee was removing a block wall that was used to store mud behind it in order to be dried and later removed from the mine via Scoop. As he started to remove blocks some mud came loose thus pushing employee's leg against the blade of the Scoop.

Employee was installing pin on a bridge when he caught finger under the pin. Employee did not miss any work however he did go to a medical facility to get an x-ray done and it was determined that it was fractured therefore making this accident a reportable.

Employee was attempting to pull a piece of rock off of the continuous miner when his hand slipped and he caught his left wrist on a sharp edge of the rock sustaining a laceration. He did not miss any work however he did receive eight (8) sutures thus making this report a medical.

Employee had lowered the head of the roof bolter to remove drill steels. The finisher steel had stuck in the roof. As the employee was putting the pusher steel away, the finisher steel fell out of the roof, striking the employee on the ring finger of his left hand.

The pressure on the hydraulics was released and the employee started taking the hydraulic connections apart when some hydraulic oil splashed into both eyes. Employee did not miss any work but did get medical attention that made this reportable.
