AS EE WAS ENTERING HIS LOAD AFTER THE NOON LUNCH BREAK, HE BENT OVER TO WIPE THE DUST FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR. EE STATED THAT HE FELT A SHARP PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK. HE REPORTED THE INCIDE NT TO THE FOREMAN AND DROVE HIMSELF HOME. HIS DIAGNOSIS IS PENDING.
EE WAS LOADING THE EXPLOSIVES TRUCK. WHEN HE RAISED THE HANDLE OF THE POWDER BIN (WHICH ALLOWS AMONIUM NITRATE TO FLOW INTO THE TRUCK) HE FELT ASHARP PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK. HE DROVE HIMSELF T O THE HAZARD ARH WHERE HE WAS TREATED FOR A PULLED MUSCLE IN HIS BACK AND RELEASED.
