The employee fell while dismounting the 980H Caterpillar Loader. This resulted in a fracture to EE's pelvis and limited mobility in the shoulder.

The employee rolled their left ankle as they stepped out of the service truck.

Employee was kneeled down on the track of a Caterpillar D6N Dozer assembling the engine compartment. Employee twisted around to retrieve a panel for the engine compartment and pulled a muscle in employee's back.

While knocking a bolt loose, a small section broke loose striking employee in the left eye resulting in a laceration.

EE was moving a piece of metal (by hand) into position to be loaded into a small loader bucket when the 250lb piece of metal slipped off the block and landed on EE left foot.

Stepping from last step of a stairway onto a concrete floor he felt a sharp pain in his right leg. EE neither slipped or fell.

EMPLOYEE & CO-WORKER WERE DRAGGING A PUMP ACROSS A CONCRETE FLOOR WHEN IT CAUGHT ON A DRAIN & TURNED OVER STRIKING INJURED EMPLOYEE ACROSS THE TOP OF THE LT. FOOT. AS A RESULT EMPLOYEE RECEIVED 5 STITCHES.
