Employee was climbing into the bed of the maintenance truck to clean it out. He states that he felt a "pull" in the left side of his stomach and it started hurting. He kept on working for awhile but it didn't stop hurting. He reported the injury and left work at 1:30 pm and went to the doctor. (This 7000-1 is being submitted late due to an oversight.)

Employee was taking drive shaft out of a sand loader to repair it. He reached in to retrieve a seal when the drive shaft fell on his left hand. His left hand was cut.
