On April 19th employee stepped down off a rock, his step was approx 1-2 feet down off the rock. He came to work on the 20th but was complaining how his leg was bothering him, he went to the Doctors office on the 20th his doctor said he tore his femoris muscle and did not want him to work the rest of the day.

Showing all 2The employee was helping remove a hydraulic tank from the mounting plate of our drill, the tank slipped out of his hand and landed on his finger tip and got pinched between the plate and tank. The employee received 4 stitches on the tip of his finger. He was released the same day to go back to work. Limitations are as follows "must accommodate finger splint dressing"
