Employee was entering a Bobcat skid steer and closed door on left thumb. The employee received medical attention at a local doctor's office which consisted of 5 sutures.

Rip Rap Chute plugged up, employee reached in to pull on rock. Rock jam broke lose, and pinched right hand middle finger. Finger was cut, hospital cleaned the wound and stitched the cut.
Employees were cleaning up around conveyor, which consisted of throwing some rocks off the pile. Said employee came around to where the rocks were being thrown off and got hit in the back of the leg with a rock.
