Employees were cleaning up around conveyor, which consisted of throwing some rocks off the pile. Said employee came around to where the rocks were being thrown off and got hit in the back of the leg with a rock.

Miner was chipping slag off a bead of weld, when a piece got in his eye brow while removing his safety glass, the piece fell in his eye.
