Showing all 5EE was using pressure water hose to wash out the sand screws. When the water pump was turned on the hose jerked causing the EE to fall. EE struck his left arm on the plant causing a laceration just above the elbow.
Employee was changing screens in the stone sizing plant. Employee was pulling on the screen to remove it from the screen deck and he pulled a tendon in his right arm.
Employee was lifting an electric motor from it's mount using a block and tackle. The motor was caught on the base. The employee twisted the motor to free it and the motor sprang up striking the employee's left arm.
