EE has a bad back and shoveling has been a constant irritant to lower back & neck due to his condition. EE's trouble started in the fall of 2004; saw physician 9/20/05. He never missed a day of work until 12/1/05 when he had neck surgery (bone taken from hip and inserted in his neck). He returned to work, light duty, on 1/3/06.

EE WAS GETTING OUT OF HIS TRUCK. WHEN HE WAS GOING DOWN THE LADDER, HE BUMPED HIS KNEE. BY THE END OF THE DAY HE WAS UNABLE TO USE THE CLUTCH IN HIS TRUCK. EE HAS MISSED WORK SINCE 7/15/02.
