A roofing contractor was in the process of installing new sheet metal at the plant, when the sheet of metal they were holding slipped in their hands cutting through the leather gloves they were wearing. The sheet metal cut the contractors left thumb resulting in stitches.
Employee was working on an overhead conveyor belt when a large amount of dirt and debris fell from the ledge causing left eye irritation. The eye was rinsed out, but after a couple days the employee was still experiencing issues and consulted an eye doctor.
The employee was installing heater pipes when they struck their shoulder against an upright pipe flange. The employee went to the doctor a couple weeks later due to the pain they were experiencing, and on 12/27/2018, quit working.
Was moving an electric Motor. And felt a Slight pull in my lower abdomen. Didn't think anything of it.
EE was picking up a Drive shaft to a slicer and when he put it down said he felt a sharp pain in his arm and shoulder.

X-rays at the hospital revealed his hand was broken in a couple of places. He is scheduled to see a surgeon soon for plan of action.
Employee Threw his back out stacking bags. Felt spasms in lower back, Lost most function in his left arm from pain in the back. Is receiving chiropractic treatments and has not missed any time off from work.
EE was shovelling bentonite when he twisted left hand, causing discomfort.

The plant was shut down when EE went to install B58 belt on classifier fan. He pulled on belt and assistant pushed, causing his right pinky finger to run between belt and sheave. Finger was broken and bleeding due torn tissue. He was taken to specialist in Powell, Wyoming for successful surgery. Though serious, this injury was not life threatening.
EE lifted a cutting edge to install on a 627G scraper and twisted lower back. He felt pain then and for the next few days before going to a Chiropractor on 06/03/2013 who told him bone spurs prevented proper alignment of the back. He is going to another doctor today, 06/10/2013 for further diagnostics. He is currently off work.
EE was stacking 100 lb bags when he felt a pain in his left arm. He went to Urgent Care where they diagnosed him with a tear in his left bicep. He is undergoing therapy and rest at this time.

EE was lifting heavy metal plates from a hammer-mill in a constricted location. This caused the lifting to be awkward and in various positions. Trauma was done to the trunk of the body, most likely resulting in a hernia. The doctor has not yet been consulted and no time has been missed as of this point; on self imposed lite duty restriction.
