THE EE WAS CHANGING THE BUCKET ON A UNI-LOADER. THE BUCKET HAD TO BE RAISED SLIGHTLY AND ROTATED FORWARD BECAUSE THE RELEASE PINS WERE FROZEN. THE EE DID NOT NOTICE THE LEFT RELEASE PIN WASN'T LOCKED DUE TO THE AREA BEING CAKED WITH MUD. AS HE FOT THE RIGHT RELEASE PIN FREE THE BUCKET DROPPED AND STRUCK HIM ON THE RIGHT FOOT.
