Mechanic was working on Mack road truck adjusting clutch. He asked the other mechanic to depress clutch from inside the cab. The mechanic had not moved his hand when he asked the other mechanic to depress clutch and when the clutch was depressed the mechanic caught his middle finger on his right hand severing the top of his finger .
Employee was opening door on water pipe and water pressure shut door, employees fingers caught in door. Cut to middle finger on right hand requiring sutures and no right handed work for two weeks.
Employee was sitting in buddy seat of the Case off road haul truck. He reached across his body with his right hand to close the door which was on his left. He shut the door on his left arm. Contusion to left elbow area.
Employee was picking up a 50-lb bag of chemical when he strained his back. He has a prior history of back problems that we were not aware of until this injury occurred.
Employee was greasing equipment at beginning of shift. He threw the grease hose over the bucket of the front end loader. He caught his left fore arm on the edge of the bucket during the motion of throwing the hose. He received a laceration of the left fore arm upon contact.
