Showing all 11Foreman & employees were cleaning off a wooded area when a tree got hung under a branch. Before they could react, the tree broke free and hit EE on the leg.
Employee was pulling & hooking up the dogs & twisted wrong. Employee did not go to doctor until 12/20/2018 due to the fact that they were hoping their back would get to feeling better, but it stayed a constant pain. Hence, the reason for the delay in seeking medical attention.
Coupler hit employee on cheek.
