Employee was placing a water bag in a cut, the bag fell from the cut hitting the employee's right hand causing a small laceration.

Miner was walking to work location slipped and fell same level and landed on their left side.

Foreman & employees were cleaning off a wooded area when a tree got hung under a branch. Before they could react, the tree broke free and hit EE on the leg.

Employee was operating drill and rock broke off and hit right hand.

Employee was hitting rock and a piece flew up and hit their eye. Employee did have on safety glasses per foreman.

Employee was walking and slipped on the wet ground. As employee was trying to catch themselves, they hurt their right wrist.

Employee was cleaning work area with blow pipe and it slipped out of their hand and hit head.

Moving rocks with the excavator, a piece fell out of the bucket and into some mud. Mud splashed up in the eye.
