EE re-assembled bearing in bearing housing. As afternoon progressed, EE's back stiffened up and began to hurt; EE worked till the end of day; went to the doctor the next day when back had not improved.

Showing all 3EE was clearing material buildup from a grizzly chute in advance of the primary crusher when a portion of the material dislodged and rolled to a point where it impacted his left ankle against a structural beam. This resulted in a fracture of the fibula at the ankle.
WHILE SHOVELING CRUSHED STONE FROM A CONVEYOR BELT, WHICH HAD STALLED AND BECOME OVERLOADED, IN PREPARATION FOR RESTARTING THE CONVEYOR, EE STATES THAT HE TURNED TO DISPOSE OF A SHOVEFUL OF ST ONE AND FELT A PAIN INHIS BACK WHICH SUBSIDED. STIFFNESS AND PAIN SET IN THAT EVENING. HESOUGHT MEDICAL ATTENTION THE FOLLOWING DAY AND WAS OFF WORK A TOTAL OF 3 DAYS.
