EE had symptoms of a cardiac arrest and was transported to the hospital. It was determined by a doctor that he did not have a heart attack and has Pleurisy, not determined to be work related. we reported this under the 15 minute rule.

HE WAS GUIDING A PIECE OF METAL THAT WAS BEING COVERED INTO A SCREEN UNIT. HE DID NOT REMOVE HIS HAND IN TIME & CAUGHT HIS FINGER BETWEEN THE METAL & THE SIDE OF THE SCREEN. AVULSION TO HIS LEFT LITTLE FINGER, 11 STITCHES.
