Employee was performing clean up duty at 18 plant using a shovel. It was sand, rock, clay material it was wet. EE put the shovel in the ground and prying back on it to loosen it was when EE felt the pain in EE's left shoulder.

Showing all 3Me and ee worked together to move a drum of oil into the shed we did this by tipping the drum over on edge to roll it into the shed .EE called me the next day to say that ee thought ee pulled a muscle . At that point I took ee to the medical facility to have it checked out they said that it was a back muscle sprain and released back to full duty the day 05/08/2017
The employee was helping R&I screens in the sand shaker. It was then that the sand debris was dislodged and became airborne. The sand debris got lodged in the left eye. The employee then rubbed the left which caused a corneal abrasion. He was wearing eye protection.
