EMPLOYEE WAS SERVICING A 785 CAT ROCK TRUCK WHEN HE HIT HIS HEAD ON THE OIL FILTER HOUSING. HE SUSTAINED A LACERATION TO THE TOP OF HIS HEAD THAT REQUIRED 5 CLAMPS TO CLOSE THE WOUND.
