While the injured was splitting a rock, the rock shifted and the injured lost his balance trying to move out of the way and tripped. The 30"x36"x5" shifting rock hit the injured's leg causing a hairline fracture between the ankle and knee.

Reported on 2/22 but no medical or doctor until 2/26/07. While stacking rock on a pallet, the injured was lifting a rock and felt something in his back pull. He went to the doctor in 2/26/07, who gave him prescription for back pain. No lost time for injury. The injured did take time off due to a death in the family.
