In the process of moving the water pump. The terminal end of the cable is attached to a concrete block. When the employee was attaching a second cable to a chain, the concrete block rolled over and onto employee's left leg.

EE was removing a guard on the field conveyor, the guard was heavy, the guard slid out of his hand. He did have work gloves on but did receive lacerations. Next time when removing a guard, ask for assistance.
