Employee was in the shop preparing new conveyor belt for conveyor & while pulling around on it he had hurt his back. On January 26, 2009 He was put on worker's compensation due to his medication which would not allow him to run any equipment. To this date there was no lost time.

Big rocks got caught at opening of jaw crusher while unpluging jaw. Employee had his left hand on side of crusher and a rock rolled on his hand.
