"I lifted a rock and pulled a muscle in my left knee. It felt like a cramp. I thought it would work itself out but instead the pain began to travel up into my back as the day ended. When the injury incurred, I told 2 co-workers. On July 28, 2008 I saw Doctor. He checked for inflamed muscle and took me off work."
