Employee was assisting in aligning the section belt when the tailpiece broke loose from it's anchor and struck them on the left thigh. EE worked the remainder of the shift and worked the next day. EE work part of the shift of the 22nd but went to clinic who didn't find any injuries. EE went to their family doctor on the 26th and was placed on restricted duty.

EE tried to continue working but was in too much pain and had to come out of the mine. EE went to the emergency room and was treated and was referred to a orthopedic specialist. EE came back to work the next day.

EE had left hand inside the waterline in an attempt to align it when another employee pushed the waterline inadvertently smashing left pinky finger between the waterline and the rib, causing the tip of the finger to be removed.

Injured said he cut his finger while unloading roof bolt plates. On 10-3-07 went to Dr. 0n 10-09-07 with infection on right hand little finger. Reported accident on 10-19-07 to foreman. He worked till 10-10-07 and called in sick, reported to us on 10-19-07 it was the result from cut on 10-3-07.
Conveyor on a bridge unit was stopped up with coal, while removing the coal, EE dialocated his shoulder. He said his shoulder had been dislocated before and it was an injury that happened before. Shoulder sometimes became dislocated.
