A 1000FT piece of belt was being retrieved from old works, the belt had gotten entangled with a section of water line. The water line sprung out and struck employee on the lower right leg. Employee was standing back on the corner from where the belt was being retrieved.

Removing gear from gear box of 56DA Crusher, employee ask another employee to pick remaining gear up; as employee picked up remaining gear, it flipped out of his hand and gear struck EE's left hand while he was holding other gear, cutting fingers. An x-ray was taken; no stitches required; wound was cleaned and bandaged; no additional medical attention required.
