Employee was removing radiator cap when it blew off causing water and steam to come back on his left arm.
Employee bent down to pick up a box of caps. He stated he felt a sharp pain in his back and fell to his knees. After he set down for a few minutes he was able to return to work with no problems. The next day he felt pain in his back again and went to the doctor.
