Blue Mountain Minerals PR LLC · Fall to the walkway or working surface

Miner clocked in from lunch and was using their phone while walking. There was a wheel chock out in open space that led to them tripping and the miner fell. The fall then apparently caused a fracture to the proximal end of the radius bone in the left arm.
