The cone crusher stopped working, the employee traveled out of the plant shack to turn off the belts in the plant. Upon returning back to the plant shack they experienced pain in their right knee. On 3.23.26 the employee received an injection in their knee making the injury reportable.

While the employee was stepping off of a platform, stepped down with left leg and felt a pop in the right knee. On 4-7-25 Injury became reportable due to injection.

The employee was shoveling underneath the belt and felt a pop in EE's wrist.

The employee experienced pain in EE's right wrist after shoveling rock. The doctor prescribed physical therapy, which started on 7-12-24, making EE's injury MSHA Reportable.

The employee was lifting a steel cover plate from the floor of the crusher feeder.

Employee was standing on stationary barge helping to take slack out of a line, to tie off a barge. The tension built causing the line to come off the timber head striking the employee in the left leg near the knee.

The employee tried to pull on the handrail to make a large step onto the truck stairs. When doing so EE caused discomfort in their right shoulder.

Employee stated was moving a guard while making repairs and felt a pop in their hip. Employee received medical treatment and was given work restrictions on 09/27/2021.
