Worker was exiting the cooler unit and as EE was climbing out of the unit, EE hit a metal anchor that was on the wall near the exit with EE's left leg. When EE hit the anchor with EE's leg EE received a laceration.

Showing all 4EE was working on a machine when a cylinder press that was suspended in the air swung towards EE and pinched EE's right middle finger against the side of the buckets machine.
EE was lifting a 30 lb. bucket from ground level to the back of EE's service truck, when EE felt a sudden pain in left, lower back.
The EE was attempting to get an air slide flowing at the truck load out. As EE was in process of opening a door to check for flow, material spewed out and got in both of EE's eyes. EE went home on EE's own accord a bit later. Once home, EE talked to EE's wife, and decided to go to the Doctor, where EE was prescribed pain medication.
