EE was repairing the jaw crusher. He was straightening out one of the grizzly bars with a sledge hammer. A rock fell through from above him somewhere. It hit him above his left ear and knocked his hard hat off.

Employee was pulling on a bungee cord, when the hook straightened (unbent), flew up and split his lower lip. Five stitches.
