Employee went into the Shaker Screen to flip over some gates. He had his hand located at the top of the gate and was shaking out some rocks that had become lodged in the gate. The rocks fell and the metal gate fell on his left hand.

Two employees were dislodging a rock that had become stuck on conveyor #1. One employee moved the rock and the injured employee's left thumb was pinched between the rock and conveyor frame. This caused a laceration which required stitches.
