Was rechaining crusher rotor during removal when the victim put weight on the rotor and it turned pinning left leg between rotor and frame.

During plant repairs, injured person removed a metal guard and set it aside. The guard tip over and hit above the metal toe on his right foot. This caused a break in the foot. Tried to keep working but foot began to swell with discomfort. Went to walk in clinic.

When drilling, the driller needs to lift drill rods an place on drill mast to add length, when driller was doing this he felt what he thought was a muscle "tweek". This feeling did not improve, went to doctor and found out he had a hernia.

CHANGING CAGE ON WHEEL CRUSHER. WHEN TO PULL LAST BOLT FROM HUB ON OLD WHEEL AND DID NOT HAVE CRANE ATTACHED TO TOP OF WHEEL TO IMMOBILIZE IT. WHEEL TURNED WHEN RELEASED AND PINCHED EE'S LOWE R LT. HAND BETWEEN WHEEL-CAGE AND HUB AND IMPACTSOCKET. CRUSHED LITTLE FINGER AND LOWER HAND.
