Miner was helping remove a bucket from a Cat 232D. As they hit the locking pins loose, from the dirt and mud build up, the bucket broke loose and swung forwards and backwards striking left foot. The arms of the skid steer were up and the bucket rolled forward putting the cutting edge on the ground. the operator was in the cab at the time.

EE was putting a piece of scrap metal from the crusher (45-037) into the steel scrap hopper. While throwing it into the hopper EE felt something in the left elbow area give and a burning sensation started on the inside of EE's arm.
