While maneuvering a screw tub into position so it could be bolted into place, the crew noticed a clevis that needed to be removed that was still attached to the end of the tub. While the EE was attempting to remove the clevis, the tub shifted and pinched the EE's right index finger between the side of the tub and the catwalk.

employee was carrying toughing roller and stepped on a rock, lost balance and dropped the roller on their rt foot. EE continued to work stating they did not need to seek medical treatment. EE sought medical treatment the next day and was taken off work for rt foot pain and can return to work on 09/09/2019. EE has returned to full duty

The employee cut the metal droped one piece into the bin when the employee doing the welding picked up the second piece was droped strikeing the second finger of the right hand.
