An employee reported feeling unwell. Emergency medical services were contacted immediately. Upon arrival, EMS personnel evaluated the employee and recommended transportation to the hospital for further medical assessment. Testing indicated a non-life-threatening illness that was treated.

Employee noted that employee did not know if employee raised up and hit head on the structure or if employee stood up and slipped and fell and hit head.
