Employee was putting drive belts on the crusher when employee's right foot got caught between the rotor and sidewall of the crusher. Employee was wearing composite toe boots when incident occurred. Toe/foot was broke in an open fracture at the bridge of the foot. Dr. pushed bone down and sewed up with 6 stitches.

Injured employee & another employee were removing gearbox on conveyor. Injured employee had gearbox in hand, turned to set it down when he felt pain in lower back. The other employee said he heard a pop.
Employee was checking for an air leak on the front end loader. His left hand got caught between the service brake linkage and the parking brake linkage resulting in a mashed finger.
He was working on the dredge when a hose came loose and hit him on the left side of his upper body.
