EMPLOYEE CLAIMS THAT AS HE CLOSED HIS LOADER DOOR, A PIECE OF METAL FLEW INTO HIS EYE. EMPLOYEE DID NOT REPORT INJURY UNTIL AFTER HE HAD WENT TO THE DOCTOR.
