HE WAS HELPING A CUSTOMER REMOVE EXCESS ROCK FROM TAIL-GATE OF TRUCK. CUSTOMER OPENED TAIL-GATE, HE CAUGHT THE CONTROL CHAIN, AND THE TAILGATE CAUSED A PINCH POINT WITH THE CHAIN. THE MIDDLE FINGER OF THE RIGHT HAND WS BROKE NIN 4 PLACES, INCLUDING THEKNUCKLE ONT HE TOP OF THE HAND. HE POSSIBLY WILL LOOSE THE FINGER.
