EMPLOYEE WAS TRYING TO OPEN A WATER VALVE TO THE DENSITY SEPERATOR, AND THE VALVE WAS STUCK. WITH A LOT OF PRESSURE. THE VALVE SOPENED CAUSING INJURY TO THE LEFT SHOULDER.
