EE WAS HOSPITALIZED 9/18/05 WITH INFECTION IN BOTH HANDS. 9/19/05 EE CALLED IN TO REPORT HE WOULD NOT BE AT WORK WHEN QUESTIONED ABOUT INFECTION HE SAID HE DIDN'T KNOW BUT THAT HE HAD NOTICED A PUSSY SORE ABOUT 2 WKS PRIOR TO GOING TO HOSP. 9/23/05 HOSP REQUESTED WC INFO AND AT THAT TIME EE STATED WEARING OLD GLOVES CAUSED INFECTION.
