MINER OPERATING A TON AND A HALF MANCHA TRAMMER ON LEVEL NEAR HIS WORK PLACE. STARTED DRIVING NORTH TO GET A LOAD OF TIMBER. DROVE TRAMMER UNDER AN ORE CHUTE. MINER DIED.

Employee came to work on 12/19 limping. EE was the outside person and was sitting in a chair in fount of an Electric Heater. Got up to answer a phone call and knee made a noise. EE went to a Medical clinic the next day. And was hit by a car at the clinic as employee left the Medical office. Taken to hospital.

EE WAS HOSPITALIZED 9/18/05 WITH INFECTION IN BOTH HANDS. 9/19/05 EE CALLED IN TO REPORT HE WOULD NOT BE AT WORK WHEN QUESTIONED ABOUT INFECTION HE SAID HE DIDN'T KNOW BUT THAT HE HAD NOTICED A PUSSY SORE ABOUT 2 WKS PRIOR TO GOING TO HOSP. 9/23/05 HOSP REQUESTED WC INFO AND AT THAT TIME EE STATED WEARING OLD GLOVES CAUSED INFECTION.
